    Unexpected_kernel_mode_trap

I have been getting BSOD on my laptop intermittantly over the last month - it's not a heat problem as I get it sometimes just after starting the laptop - I got it again this morning so have attached the DM Log
here is some info from "Who crashed"

    Crash dump directory: C:\Windows\Minidump

Crash dumps are enabled on your computer.

On Sat 1/08/2015 7:34:23 p.m. GMT your computer crashed
    crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\080215-22464-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: win32k.sys (win32k+0xD1912)
    Bugcheck code: 0x1000007F (0x8, 0xFFFFFFFF801DF000, 0x0, 0x0)
    Error: UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP_M
    file path: C:\Windows\system32\win32k.sys
    product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
    company: Microsoft Corporation
    description: Multi-User Win32 Driver
Bug check description: This indicates that a trap was generated by the Intel CPU and the kernel failed to catch this trap.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. This problem might be caused by a thermal issue.
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system that cannot be identified at this time.

On Sat 1/08/2015 7:34:23 p.m. GMT your computer crashed
    crash dump file: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntkrpamp.exe (nt!Kei386EoiHelper+0x17D4)
    Bugcheck code: 0x7F (0x8, 0xFFFFFFFF801DF000, 0x0, 0x0)
    Error: UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP
Bug check description: This bug check indicates that the Intel CPU generated a trap and the kernel failed to catch this trap.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: ntkrpamp.exe .
    Google query: ntkrpamp.exe UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP

would appreciate any help I can get - pse note I am not computer literate as a lot of your customers but I can follow easy instructions - thanks in advance

I started getting these bsods over a month ago I hadn't changed or added any software or hardware and I suspect it was due to microsoft updates - possibly one of the updates clashed with something in my computer as they do at times - since I posted this error I haven't had any crashes or bsods - possibly one of the microsoft updates has fixed the issue - here is hoping - I will leave this open for a few more days if nothing happens (no more bsods) I will close it
