Randomly occurring BSOD on new install custom build

I just finished a desktop build and have been getting a random BSOD. I purchased a driver program thinking it would do a better job than I did manually (DriverDoc). It seemed fine for a couple of days after running that program, but I ended up having 2 BSOD events in the last two days. Both were during the night when the computer was asleep and not being used. I am not sure if I had muliple problems and DriverDoc solved most, but not all or what. I have run memtest and the memory showed no errors in 4 passes. I also ran Bluescreenview and all dumps involved ntoskrnl.exe which, from what I understand, is fairly non-specific since all it tells me is it involves the kernel. Any help would be appreciated.

Oh, BTW, when I first started the build I had just finished installing the OS and the motherboard would no longer boot into bios, so I returned the motherboard and replaced it with the same model. I do not know if something could have messed up the install as I did not start all over again.

I assume all of the specs I entered will be available for this post. If not please let me know. This is my first time posting to this forum.

My OS is Windows 7 Professional x64 These seem to happen erratically, at apparently random times, regardless of how heavily my system resources are being used. I've gone weeks without any errors, and I've faced several errors on the same day, even under the same computer usage patterns. I...
