    BSOD after closing DOTA 2


    hello guys

    i have encountered bsod for the couple of days... ive got an i7 -4790 , 2g palit video card , 4 g ram ...i really need your help guys coz i want to know if its my ram or video card...

Hello everyone, I'm having the issue noted above. BSODs attribute the crash to either one of two files: cdd.dll (most commonly) and win32k.sys (only once). Screen turns jagged, goes black and then BSOD but only occasionally. I've had this crashes happen to me only 4 times in a whole week already....
I need some help , sometimes when i try close the PC my screen gets error and it doesn't shut down, and when i start or close some games it gets me the BSOD error saying that there is a problem with cdd.dll Adress 972CB768 base at 872C0000 date stamp 4a5bd922
