BSOD on start up of Skyrim/Dragon Age graphics driver likely cause

Yesterday I started getting BSOD on start up of both of my video games, Skyrim and DragonAge. These have both run fine on my system prior to yesterday. I have tried uninstalling drivers for the graphics card and installing the latest, the 2nd most latest, and a beta version, just trying to get something to work. I have also tried this:

The problem is caused by your graphics driver. Run Display Driver Uninstaller(DDU)
Make sure you tick the Uninstall C:/AMD and C:/NIVIDA folders while you are in DDU when you are done running DDU install your graphics driver again and you should be good to go! This is the guide for DDU: Display Driver Uninstaller: How to use

Remember to remove Catalyst and only install the graphics driver.

and other variations from multiple threads found in this forum.
Nothing that I have tried is working, still BSOD'ing while trying to run video games. Any new ideas?

I ran Furmark. This also caused an almost immediate BSOD.

Does this mean my card is bad? It had a temperature of 35C when it crashed.
