BSODs while downloading files (0x1E, 0x0A, among others)

Alright I have been having perpetual BSODs for over a year now. It turns out that there were several different issues. One was Avast! Antivirus, and the other was out of date BIOS for my motherboard.

However, one issue remains, and that is constant BSODs while trying to download anything. I can watch videos just fine, or browse the internet, but as soon as I try to download something in Steam or Firefox (for example) I will BSOD within 1 minute. It will occasionally happen when I'm just browsing the internet, but not nearly as often.

The issue is present on both WiFi and Ethernet. I am not overclocking, and as far as I know all my drivers are up to date. Dump files should be attached to this post.

I really appreciate any help I can get, this issue has been bothering me for a very long time.

Update your Realtek RTL8168D/8111D Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC driver.

Update your BIOS (once more to the latest version).

Run sfc /scannow and chkdsk /r.
Install the latest updates from Windows Update.

Do the exact same steps for chkdsk /r but instead of typing in sfc /scannow type chkdsk /r.
