Sorry for the delay, I just got back from vacation. The GPU temp leveled off at 68 Celsius. I did not see any artifacting.
Sorry for the delay, I just got back from vacation. The GPU temp leveled off at 68 Celsius. I did not see any artifacting.
Nothing has changed since then though. New logs of what? There have been no crashes because if I dont play steam or use resolve it works fine.
Just in case you needed to see it was still doing it I used the computer again. Here are the logs. Thanks for the help
Let's see, Run MemTest86+, It must be MemTest86+. RAM - Test with Memtest86+
Run the tool that came with your SSD.
Run Prime95, if the temps goes too high stop the test. Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours. Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
So im pretty sure it's my CPU overheating at this point. I ran real temp while running Prime 95. With Prime 95 running my temps were always high 90s and often hit 100 which real temp said was HOT. Without running prime my temps are mid 50-60. All of that is in Celsius
So is that the fan on top of the CPU or CPU cooling in general. Could it be a thermal paste problem? All fans are running but obviously something isn't doing it's job
It's everything in the cooler, the fan and the heatsink. It could be, try to re-add thermal paste and see if that works.
Just wanted to post back with my results. I cleaned the case and got rid of a little dust. I scraped off the old thermal paste and installed a corsair h55 cooler and 2 days of intense use without any problems. Thank you so much!!
