BSOD on system restart

    BSOD on system restart


    New laptop got it out of the box yesterday and with all these updates I can finally use it. The laptop in question is set as my system specs on my profile but ill upload any files I can. The BSOD error occoured after or during shutdown process where the screen reads "Windows is shutting down" I copied the message when I restarted and this is what I got,

    Note: I go to the directory where the xml file is and it isnt there, and I cannot upload the dmp file but this is the sysinfo

    Hello and welcome Dennis the msconfig files contain some stuff that most of up would tell you is very unwanted software and in particular the IoBit - could not give it to me personally.

    Now what you need to do is run this and post back the specs - yours are ok but really need some more detail the MB is missing - most important component I think you will agree.
    System Info - See Your System Specs then read and post these please

    Until we get back the info we have very little room in which to maneuver.

    In my pics there is a reference to power on programs see this to configure the Start up process.
