Presumably random BSOD while playing video games

My friend gave me his PC because he was tired of dealing with BSOD, but said sometimes it didn't happen for 1week+ and that it was rather inconsistent with the timing (sometimes multiple BSOD daily, sometimes 0, etc.)

He couldn't be bothered to fix it, and I have now had my first BSOD on it after a few hours.

I did some searching around and tried running a memtest overnight which came back with no errors after 8~ run-throughs over 8hours.

These are the two printouts from bluescreenview. I have already remedied the atikmdag.sys BSOD according to a guide I found (not sure if it worked yet obviously due to inconsistency of the bluescreens)

Hey guys, I ran prime95 and I think the problem must be my processor? The temperatures shot up to 80degrees Celsius within about 5seconds and my PC blue-screened immediately.

How do I remedy this? The PC Has a giant enormous cooler on the processor, maybe it isn't working properly?

Edit: Ok I just ran prime95 again after downloading speedfan and putting it to automatically change fan speeds and this time it BSOD within 2-3seconds of starting the stress test.

Hey guys sorry if I'm spamming or if I'm not being helpful enough, etc.

I'm trying to do this myself while I ask for help but my WINDBG or w/e isn't getting symbols properly despite following the guide.

Here are my speedfan readings, hopefully they can offer further assistance.

Just had an 0x124 error which seems to indicate processor as well (really looking like processor is the culprit here)

Unfortunately it never made a dump file for this one... BSOD froze at the 'creating dump file' stage

Edit: (instead of bumping) I tried to flash bios but it said image integrity test failed, went back into bios and tried loading fail-safe defaults, now running Prime95 and have made it past 2 self-tests of the Torture test, will update when done.

Well after 35mins no problems so.... crossing fingers that I don't have any more BSOD
