Look up the USB drivers for your motherboard.
It's embarassing but it seems the ASUS website does not have any usb drivers available for my card: P7P55D.
Edit: Drivers have been successfully installed. I'll get back to you if I get another crash.
One curious thing to note is that I might NOT have actually had the appropriate USB drivers. There is a "new" controller in the device manager now that I did not have before.

Alas the driver update did not prevent bluescreens. I just got another one today:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Note that the attached dump data contains all crashes in the history of this machine, not just the latest one.

Yet another bluescreen. Same message as the one above. I did not attach another analysis dump. Tell me if you want me to.
Just had yet another BSOD. This time it was KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
Run Furmark, if the temps goes too high stop the test. Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark
It seems your installation is counterfeit.
You are running an Acer Product ID (PID) on an ASUS board.
This makes your installation counterfeit.
Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
A counterfeit installation contains heavily modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.
For this reason, analyzing counterfeit systems is unreliable and most analysts won't try it.
I recommend to install a genuine copy of Windows.Code:OS Configuration: Standalone Workstation OS Build Type: Multiprocessor Free Registered Owner: Ganryu Registered Organization: Product ID: 00426-OEM-8992662-00006 <-- Acer PID on ASUS board Original Install Date: 21/06/2010, 22:59:13 System Boot Time: 16/04/2016, 18:55:07 System Manufacturer: System manufacturer
If, after you have installed a genuine copy of Windows, you still get BSOD's we'll be happy to assist you.
