I'm not sure what the model number or chipset the athrx driver needs, i dont even know where to start with that page.

Please use the tool again and upload the zip file.
The information that is needed to help you with it cannot be accessed, because in both uploaded zip files the msinfo32.nfo file is corrupted.

I meant the dm log collector, but forgot you also had used the MGADiag.

This is very odd, the file doesn't contain anything.
    Please try following
    • Press windows logo + r
    • Type "msinfo32.exe" (without quotes) and press enter
    • Check a few categories to make sure there is information

Please make a screenshot of the information from the driver in the msinfo32.nfo file.
You can find the driver, athrx.sys, in the part Components -> Network -> Adapter.

It might be searching a little as Windows 7 has a lot of built-in network drivers.

here's the screenshot. the BSOD caused by athrx is fairly common so it would be great to fix this.

Yup, it is definitively outdated, update the driver.

Please check either Atheros or Qualcomm(Scroll down for product support) for driver updates.

I hoped to see in the name either Atheros or Qualcomm to give a specific source for the driver.
I am very sorry for this, but you'll have to search for the drivers

I narrowed down the issue to my PCIe Wireless card. went to the manufacturers website and found a driver installer for my model, i looked inside the files and found a athryx.sys file that is up to date. how do use that to update the driver? i already tried the included installer executable and rechecked the msinfo files and the driver version was still out of date.
