Constant crashing BSOD, drivers failing, slow mouse during app crash

I've always had some crashing here and there but lately, the crashing has been happening a lot more often. it isn't caused by overheating or anything and sometimes even chrome causes a blue screen. sometimes I feel it is caused by the games themselves. but it happens on most of the games i play. 7 days to die, Heroes and generals, and now battlefield 4 etc. I've attached the dm log report below. can some one offer any insight as to how to prevent my pc from BSODing constantly?
if you need more specifics feel free to ask.

Can you run the steps again? Be sure to check the small memory dump option.
