Random BSOD on GW2 and other games

I have gotten both the nvlddmkm BSOD and the IRQL_NOT_LESS_or_EQUAL. I have updated all of the Windows drivers. I have updated the nVidia ones to the current 355.xx. I have also done clean reinstalls of Windows 7 using the MSI disks about 3 to 4 times at this point. The BSODs appear to be random. The log that was asked for is uploaded with this post. PLEASE HELP... I am starting to go into PC withdrawal, having not been able to play games for nearly 2 weeks...

    Oli

Please tell me whatever you guys need...

I have run Memtest for 9.5 hours and not had any errors. I have checked my temperatures and they are all good (GPU on load is around 45c, core 1 is 47c and the other 3 cores range from 34 to 41, HDD is good... all my fans are pumping. I have dusted out the fan/cooler fins and the inside of the computer. I have run chkdsk and did not have any errors. I did notice... likely coincidental... the night before I was on the computer playing EQ for a couple hours... had Turbo on (3.2gHz CPU boost) and turbo on GPU also... nothing... no problems... Last night when I started having problems again I noticed that the icon to get my Windows 10 update was in the taskbar. Prior to last night... that wasn't there...

Well... the Windows 10 icon didn't have anything to do with it... I reinstalled Win7 again... hid the update files for the Win10 download. I updated windows. Loaded up a game and got the ERRRRRRRRRRRRRR noise and this time it froze. Any help would be great...

    BSOD... and update...

SO... a couple of days ago I posted about BSOD on here with GW2. I have been reading you guys forums and have done some more troubleshooting on my own. I attached the new file since I reinstalled Windows 7 again. I picked up a few pieces of software to run some tests. I ran BurninTest from Passmark and know it is not my CPU. I have run MemTest86 for 9.5 hours and RAM is all good... no errors. I picked up BlueScreen Viewer (you guys are amazing... I never knew some of this stuff existed) and the two (2) new minidumps say I have some video card issues (DxDiag, nvlddmk.sys, etc.). I then found a post listing Furmark and when I run the Burn on my GPU... I make it to about 98% (all of about 30s to 1 min, if that much) and I get BSOD, all the fans inside my case come on... and the computer restarts. It kinda sounds like my GPU is dying or at least on its last leg. I have done all the Windows updates again... So what does it sound like to you guys? Thanks again for all you guys help...

Thanks... New PC is on the way. Now I think the Intel 4000 on the CPU is going too... I have some Gamma flashing on EQ (can still play it since it is mostly CPU). Thanks again for the reply.
