    Your OS is out of date, Service Pack 1 and over 4 years of critical updates are missing from your system. You should install all available updates asap.

    The dump file points to athr.sys (Qualcomm/Atheros Extensible Wireless LAN driver) which is also out of date. You can find updated versions here.

    Code:
    BugCheck D1, {4, 2, 0, 8c8d9b02}

    Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\athr.sys, Win32 error 0n2
    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for athr.sys
    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for athr.sys
    Probably caused by : athr.sys ( athr+3a5c1 )
