BSOD insanity every 2s now with nothing opened

Hello I have an Asus computer. Windows 7. I've had random BSOD issues for probably 3 years. It has been literally every minute it BSODs now. Sometimes with NOTHING even open. NOTHING. I don't know how to open up a computer or fix a registry and do not know how to do computer programming btw. I don't know zip files.

    64 bit operating system
    8 GB installed memory/RAM
Processor AMD A8-3800 APU with Radeon HD graphics 2.40 GHZ

The program in these instructions will make the .zip for you and you need to upload the .zip it makes that appears on your desktop with the paperclip icon on the forum when making a post. Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions

I have let others know your dump file is up as i'm not very good at reading them yet but what I see is your video having issues and the driver stopping so try installing this driver for your APU.Desktop

Hello Ryan mate there is a graphics problem and the usual fix for this is to uninstall the Catalyst Control Centre and use only the device driver so try that. You do have a heck of a lot od Blueys and this is the last one.
To also help us please follow this System Info - See Your System Specs because without knowing what is in the machine it is hard to say what to do other than what I have just laid out.

There is mention of a DirectX issue but concentrate on the CCC for the time being.
