BSOD playing various games on Steam, 0x00000050

Hello Sevenforums! I have a problem with my custom built computer. It's been bluescreening lately and sometimes even restarting without showing a bluescreen. I've had this computer for 5 months now and it only started to do this about 20 days after I switched from Windows 10 back to Windows 7. Today is like the 25th day after that or so.

Some remedies I've tried was to install all the optional updates from Windows Update, running CHKDSK, running sfc /scannow, and decreasing the maximum processor state via the Power Options menu. It seemed to work fine for a day then back to the same problem and I can't seem to figure it out...

    My specs are
    CPU - AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor
    Motherboard - ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
    Memory - G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory
Graphics Card - Asus Radeon R7 240 2GB Video Card
HD - Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Power Supply - EVGA 500W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply

Thank you for your time. c:

I tried to run Prime95 blend test, but bluescreened a couple of minutes after running it. Also bluescreened earlier today while playing Trove.

    Hi a3person,

    Welcome to the 7forums.

What was the result of chkdsk?

Are you using Driver Booster 2 for updating your drivers?
Programs that claim to update your drivers install either the wrong or corrupted drivers.
If you have installed any driver with DB2, please remove them as it may cause trouble.

This has come up multiple times
    Code:
    Probably caused by : memory_corruption

    Diagnostic Test

     RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums

       Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

    976196607 KB total disk space.
    94864328 KB in 189707 files.
    110476 KB in 32974 indexes.
    0 KB in bad sectors.
371807 KB in use by the system.
65536 KB occupied by the log file.
    880849996 KB available on disk.

I've only used Driver Booster 2 so see what drivers are outdated, but I haven't downloaded anything directly from it.

Well darn I just woke up and don't have any plans to go anywhere today...how long does memtest86+ take to check 8GB of RAM?

It may take several hours, for some it takes 10 hours, for others more or less.

Oh...I'll try and run for one pass for now to see if I can figure out how to get memtest86+ to work. I'll do the 8 pass test when I go to bed.

It is recommended to do 8 passes immediately, because less is a waste of time if there are zero errors.

Alright it took longer than I thought but I'm done with 9 passes with 0 errors (5 passes last night, 4 passes the night before).
