BSOD while using uTorrent, Bug check code 0x00000019
Hi,
I'm new here. I get BDSOD generally while running uTorrent. Here's my dump zip file. I don't know, maybe an Unknown Device could be causing this.
I hope you can help me.

Hiya and welcome to SevenForums!
Run sfc /scannow and chkdsk /r.Code:BugCheck 19, {20, fffff8a03369a9b0, fffff8a03369aa20, 5070104} Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!CmpGetSymbolicLink+2b3 )
Install the latest updates from Windows Update.
Do the exact same steps for chkdsk /r but instead of typing in sfc /scannow type chkdsk /r.
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Hi, Laith. Thanks for you'll advice. I'll follow your instructions.
However, it seems AMD AODDriver2.sys (or something like that) in my ASUS M/B was causing the issue. I uninstalled this driver. Now, It the problem appears to be solved... or I hope so.
But I will follow your instructions. I want to discard hardware issues.
Hi, Laith.
I did as you suggested. Here is the log file, from SFC. It says some files could not be repaired.
Today I there was another issue.
On Fri 04-09-2015 23:07:53 GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
uptime: 00:00:39
This was probably caused by the following module: lvckap64.sys (LVcKap64+0x16D96)
Bugcheck code: 0x7E (0xFFFFFFFFC0000005, 0xFFFFF88009CA9D96, 0xFFFFF880039CAFC8, 0xFFFFF880039CA820)
Error: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
file path: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\lvckap64.sys
product: Logitech QuickCam
company: Logitech Inc.
description: Logitech Kernel Audio Processing Filter Driver
Bug check description: This bug check indicates that a system thread generated an exception that the error handler did not catch.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: lvckap64.sys (Logitech Kernel Audio Processing Filter Driver, Logitech Inc.).
Google query: Logitech Inc. SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
Another question. Could It be a problem with my RAM modules timmings?
First of all never use 2 different models of RAM, it can cause very big problems. Remove one model of the RAM.
Second that is your Logitech Audio driver, update it.
Allright, Laith. I updated my Logitech Audio Driver. Now, I'll remove the Corsair RAM, and will report back if something occrus (new BSOD or something).
What RAM models could yo suggest? I'd want at least 12 GB of RAM, and keep the Kingston modules.
Keep the 2 Kingston modules as they are bigger. Remove the Corsair modules and try without it.
Hi, Laith
So, I removed the Corsair modules as you told me. This was about two weeks ago and I haven't had any issues since I did it.
I learned an important lesson.
Thanks for your help.
