    BSOD cod. STOP 0X000000F4 W7 SP1 64 BIT

    Hi,
as the title, in a week I took two BSOD with this error code ....
the only thing I can say in the order:
reinstalled from scratch W7 Professional 64 BIT
installed SSD 120 GB Sandisk Ultra II
    RAMDISK installed (click here)

various programs ... (if necessary I will tell you what ..)

Ram - Test with Memtest86+ is ok (no mistake)

sfc /verifyonly command did not find any mistake

    I have a Compaq Notebook 6730S 4GB.

    any help will be appreciated

Hey there! There are no dumps in your log file but you mentioned the CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION(0xF4) bugcheck.

This could mean that there's a virus, a failing harddrive, failing RAM stick/s. Run the tool that came with your SSD. Also run MemTest86+ for 8 passes. It must be MemTest86+. RAM - Test with Memtest86+ Scan your computer for viruses using Malwarebytes. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free

I had already run MemTest86+ (see the 1st post) and it was ok,... no mistake
Malwarebytes it was ok,.... no mistake
SanDisk SSD Dashboard it was ok,... no mistake.

How much did you run MemTest86+? You must at least run it for 8 passes.

    Can you please enable dumps?
Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

Also snap a picture of the BSOD when it occurs.
