BSOD once per startup: Bug Check 0xF4: CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION

    Hello everyone,
I have a user thats laptop bluescreens once every time on start up then restarts normally. I've run a chkdsk several times with no issues, I've reseated the hard drive, I ran malware bytes and found three things; two registry entries and a toolbar, I ran TDSSKiller after that but didn't find anything else, I ran an sfc /scannow which found no integrity problems. I'm running out of ideas, although my thoughts that the HDD is at fault could be very wrong. Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Laptop Specs:
    Dell Latitude E6330
    Windows 7 Ultimate x64
    i7-3540M 3.0 Ghz
    8 gigs RAM

Checking the HDD is a good start, some of the dumps reference WNetCore.sys driver which is part of websense endpoint software I would try removing this and if problem persists move on to testing ram
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+
