    Hi Synester,

    Welcome to the 7forums.

Please remove the ASUS software, these software is known for causing BSOD's.

If you are using a program like Ccleaner please stop using it while troubleshooting.
This because programs like Ccleaner remove dump files that are needed to troubleshoot.
Or configure Ccleaner to not remove dump files:

The cause of the crash that is in the zip file is a driver from the ASUS software
    Code:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for cfosspeed6.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for cfosspeed6.sys

    Looking at the driver
    Code:
cfosspeed	cFosSpeed for faster Internet connections (NDIS 6)	c:\windows\system32\drivers\cfosspeed6.sys
But I don't see any cfos software.

The best would be to remove all the ASUS software, unless you are using some.
