Crashes while running program RAM Disc

BSOD while surfing the web with PD12 running on RAM Disc in the background.

hi can anyone tell me of a program that will show me where my hard drive disk space is being used. i have deleted all the files and programs i don't need but am at a loss as to where the space is being used? Id like to locate and know whats using what and where in my pc
