BSOD x19 when installing Sata driver

    BSOD x19 when installing Sata driver


    Getting always BSOD x19 Bad_pool_header connected with ntoskrnl on inter SATA driver.

    I can go to safe mode and sytem works well.
    When in safe mode I delete SATA driver Intel AHCI the3n in normal mode system works until "new device" (Samsung drive) is not loaded. Then crash.

    I cannot install new drivers in safe mode and cannot reach normal mode to stop crashing.
    I'm stuck, please help.

    Hi jomamoto,

    Welcome to the 7forums.

    Safe mode doesn't need all the devices the normal mode may use.
    It is a possibility that there is corruption with the memory as the device driver stores data in the memory when it is loaded to access it later.

    Please disable the device that is giving you trouble and see if you can boot normal without trouble.

    Please test your memory for corruption.

       Note


    MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.
