    Hi Xavion,

    Welcome to the 7forums.

Please remove the ASUS software, it is known for causing BSOD's.
Please check AMD for driver updates for the chipset, CPU, GPU and every other AMD component you have.

The Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller driver has been flagged.
Please check Realtek for driver updates.

Unless you use some software and they don't give any problem it is recommended to remove every other ASUS software.

Please remove ASUS software AI Suite II.

The NTFS activity is increased over the days.
NTFS = file system (hard drive)
I recommend to test the hard drive.

    Diagnostics Test

     HDD TEST

Run SeaTools to check the integrity of your HDD. SeaTools for DOS and Windows - How to Use

       Note
Do not run SeaTools on an SSD as the results will be invalid.

    Run chkdsk Disk Check

Yes please, usually the short generic test passes always.
The long generic test should then determine how your hard drive is doing.
