Critical Error Kernel-Power Event 41 Task Category (63)

I keep getting random restarts for no reason, so after trying to troubleshoot the issue myself I have finally decided to post here for some help/suggestions. The error from the event log details: The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
