You need to reinstall a legal version of Windows.

You have an HP OEM on an eMachines computer,

    Code:
    Product ID: 00359-OEM-8992687-00010
Original Install Date: 8/4/2015, 2:53:53 PM
System Boot Time: 10/13/2015, 11:14:49 AM
    System Manufacturer: eMachines
    System Model: eM250
    System Type: X86-based PC
    Code:
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium
    OS Version: 6.1.7600 N/A Build 7600
    OS Manufacturer: Microsoft Corporation
    OS Configuration: Standalone Workstation
    OS Build Type: Multiprocessor Free
No SP1 or updates installed either.

Who knows what this driver is,

    Code:
    BugCheck 7F, {d, 0, 0, 0}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for 8574.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for 8574.sys
    Probably caused by : 8574.sys ( 8574+b5af )

    Followup: MachineOwner
I can't find it anywhere, probably a result of the counterfeit install.
