You are using an ASUS PID on an EVGA board.
    This makes your installation counterfeit.
Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless because it is not known what has been modified to your system.

    Code:
    Host Name: xxxx
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate
OS Version: 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601
    OS Manufacturer: Microsoft Corporation
    OS Configuration: Standalone Workstation
    OS Build Type: Multiprocessor Free
    Registered Owner: xxxx
    Registered Organization:
Product ID: 00426-OEM-8992662-00173 <-- ASUS Product ID on an EVGA board.
Original Install Date: 8/15/2015, 11:48:03 AM
System Boot Time: 10/15/2015, 2:30:16 PM
    System Manufacturer: EVGA INTERNATIONAL CO.,LTD

Thanks for the quick response, but what is an "ASUS PID"?

There is nothing in my computer that is made by asus... besides my monitor.

A Product ID, in this case it is an ASUS OEM ID.
An OEM Product ID is used with a pre-installed windows.
