With SeaTools in Windows, what tests did you perform?

I ran an Error Scan on HD Tune and found 0 damaged blocks. All blocks are highlighted as OK.

I also checked the eventvwr.msc log from the time of a system crash and found this message:
aplication, source WMI, event ID: 10 (qualifier 49152), no category
Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

In HD Tune in the Health I found out, that there were some Interface CRT Errors (There were communication errors. This may be caused by damaged cable.)

That sounds like your hard drive is faulty/failing as I don't think a hard drive has a cable within a laptop.
