BSOD while laptop is idle

    Hi guys. The issue is still not sorted. I was thinking of recovering my laptop to its factory state and downloading some of the programs that i have again. Would this cure my problem or would an error somewhere still exist in the system?

    I have set my system settings to the way you told me but when i run dm collector its saying it cant find any dump files. I have a new file so hopefully it now says something
