BSOD Occurring Multiple Times Per Day (no singular cause)
I have had my computer for almost a year now. During that time, I may have experienced the blue screen once or twice. As such, I did not find cause for concern just yet. However, after applying the free upgrade to Windows 10, I began to experience one or two blue screens per day. After about a week, it began to occur more frequently. Uncertain as to the cause, but with the only major change being the upgrade to Windows 10, I backed-up files which I wanted to keep and performed a clean install of Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) which I had been using prior to the upgrade. It had been a flawless operating system. Unfortunately, the blue screen issues persist as a daily occurrence. These blue screens can be, but are not always the same. Thus far, I have seen the following:
1) driver_irql_not_less_or_equal
2) pfn_list_corrupt
3) page_fault_in_nonpaged_area
4) memory management
5) service system exception
Because the BSOD doesn't remain on screen, I am not always able to see the long string of numbers or file names before my computer restarts. However, I believe I have seen ataport.sys and netio.sys. Do not quote me on those though. Furthermore, I have ran chkdsk multiple times to test if it was a hard drive issue. I have also ran the memory diagnostic multiple times. Neither have ever found errors. I ran Memtest86+ and it did not find any errors either (ran overnight). My computer specs are:
Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit)
Intel i5-4670 3.40 GHz
MSI GeForce GTX 770
Mushkin Stealth Enhanced 8 GB RAM
WD Blue 1 TB HD
EVGA 750B2 (750 W) PSU
MSI Z97-G55 LGA 1150 MOBO
I have been trying to get this fixed elsewhere and it was suggested that I run drive verifier. I had difficulty getting this to work, but I believe I was able to get at least one DMP file while it was active. I think that it is 101115-21918-01.dmp. I was also asked to include memory.dmp at one point. I never received a response to these queries. I do not know if the DM log collector grabs all of those files so I will include a link where most of this stuff can be found.
