    Second BSoD in 3 weeks


    Hi
    Hppe the titles ok this is the second BSoD i have had in as many weeks after the sound card not working last week until a restart of the system i thought i would post and see what could be causing the issues

    Hi MickyD,

    Please check {windows partition}\windows\minidump and check if there are more then 1 dump files saved.
    Please make sure your pc is configured for small dump files How to configure minidump | Windows 7 tutorial

    The crash is caused by Malwarebytes Web Acces Control, due to the interactivity of trying to acces the internet as the Network Input/Output System driver has been marked too.
    Please check Malwarebytes for updates.
    Please update your BIOS, it is dating from 2011.

    Malwarebytes did a big update a few days ago
    And how do i update my bios

    Go to the site of the manufacturer of your motherboard, they should provide you BIOS updates.

    Righto i will do that his weekend when i have more time - i have had a look on the website and found a lot of bios updates do i just download and install the latest ones ?

    OK Thanks for your help (i have added my system info didnt know you could while i waited) I will get onto it on saturday i will prolly be back

    Hi erm I know its been a while but i cant seem to find bios update for my Mother board its an asus F1A55-M LE when i go to the site it comes up with nothing in the search - is there any other way to get this update
