as u can see in HP Software and Driver Downloads for HP Printers, Laptops, Desktops and More | HP® Customer Support there is no single amd or intel driver that i have not tried.
tried them all.even the previous versions.still no luck.

Both your GPU's are using the same driver, it would be weird to install the same driver twice for both GPU's.

I am not sure if the focus is only on the AMD GPU, or have you tried to clean install the drivers for both the GPU's?

    Are you switching between GPU's?

exactly as hp says in amd driver details that the driver for both GPUs,and yes i did remove both drivers and reinstall the TWO using amd driver, and i can only switch between GPUs through catalyst control center but i cant do that because black screen.
PS:when i install amd driver during installation it reaches a point where the setup says that the screen may Flickr and then stay black.

It is normal that the screen flickers and becomes black when new display drivers are installed.

Right now, I cannot come up with another possible solution.
Please run the DM Log Collector tool again and upload the new zip file, it may contain some information that can help us with a solution.
