BSOD when downloading anything at all

So i recent acquired a computer from a friend of mine. He was ready to upgrade and i was needing a new one. It's not too old and its still in really good shape. When it left him there were no apparent issues. When i received it I formatted it with my windows 7 home premium. As soon as I started downloading things I started getting BSOD. It'll download for a little while then it seems all my services on my computer slowly start crashing, firefox crashes, anything I use crashes, then BOOM BSOD. I dont know how to stop it from restarting automatically so its hard for me to see the screen long enough to get any sort of error report.

It takes a few minutes to sometimes 30ish minute for it to BSOD. My main issue is that I want to play ESO, but it's a 80g game. It takes about an hour or two to download. Well during the download if the computer crashes, the download doesnt restart but it has to verify all the files first, in turn.. it never makes it to finishing because I always get a BSOD.

I need to resolve the issue and i don't know where to start.

There are multiple 0x1A(MEMORY_MANAGEMENT), please check your memory using MemTest86+

    Diagnostic Test

     RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 7 Forums

       Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.
