    we are getting a blue screen. please see attached file

    Oops, wrong instruction

    Please run the tool again and upload a new zip file, the current zip file is missing some files.
    Before you upload a new zip file, please make sure it contains at least the following files
    • 18 .txt
    • 1 .nfo

    Same size > same files + the dump is from 2 years ago.

    Please check {windows partition}\windows\minidump and check if there are any recent dump files saved.
    Please make sure your pc is configured for small dump files How to configure minidump | Windows 7 tutorial

    Please try booting in safe mode and run the tool again.
    Before you upload the zip file, please make sure it contains at least
    • 18 .txt files,
    • 1 .nfo file,
    • 1 or more recent dump files
