    Hi echung1992,

    Welcome to the 7forums.

As the crashes are 0x116 it is focused on the graphics.

Please uninstall everything of AMD using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from AMD

Please visit Windows Update and install every update available, it may take a couple of times to get them all.

Please make sure there is no dust inside the case.
Please make sure the GPU is properly seated, if necessary reseat it.
Please note the temperatures of the GPU when idle and under load.

    Diagnostic test

     GPU TEST

Run Furmark to test your GPU. Furmark tutorial

       Note
Run Furmark for around 30 minutes

       Warning
Your GPU temperatures will rise quickly while Furmark is running. Keep a keen eye on them and abort the test if temperatures rise too high

    GPU Temperature (Idle): 50-53 Degree
    GPU Temperature (Loaded):70-80 Degree
I have checked everything and it seems fine. Another thing I wanted to point out is that I only get a BSOD if i run CSGO again after it crashes, otherwise I am fine and I never get a BSOD when I am not playing CSGO.

This will be a thing for tomorrow in the morning, I am pretty tired and need a fresh pair of eyes and a clean mind before suggesting something.
