As it seems your AMD drivers have been causing you kinda much trouble, looking at your threads history and the recent dumps I am wondering if your manufacturer gives you stable drivers.

Please uninstall everything of AMD using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from AMD. Please ONLY install the drivers.
