tired of BSODS that wont leave me even after few comp formatts

i don't even know where to start writing my post from since i had alot problems and some misteriously disappeared by themselves and only one big issue wont leave me, that's the evil BSODS im talking about.
so iII carefully detail the issues appeared (by exact arrange) after last comp reformatt as they are the most relevant right now.
1.I had issues with HDMI audio- when connected VIA HDMI cable from PC to TV i had no sound. after deep research i found that the driver by AMD is the cause to the problem and had to delete it and install driver given by windows and happyly it fixed my problem
2.i noticed my ram usage is very high even when nothing open it reaches around 20-25%
3.after installing CALL OF DUTY BLACK OPS lately. it told me that i had problems with directx which wont allow me into the game. so after short check in few forums i was told to install the directx from the game folder, and right after i have done that the game started working perfectly.
but as something good happend bad had to accompany to this... ye i got the first BSOD than.
4.second BSOD happend today while playing COD, i checked the driver causing this and it brought me to the atikmdag.sys which is the related to the graphics card.
5.immediately after the second BSOD {4} i went back again to the game to play and noticed something that already happend to me alot (in different type games) before the comp formatts :all the resolution settings and in game controls had been reset and also my game saves were deleted for some reason
im sry for that digging post, but im powerless anymore and decisive to solve the problem here (which lasts for months), after spending alot time to pc labs that couldn't help me(but didn't forget to fine me).
and after realization that comp reformatts won't help to solve the issue, im actually desparate for real help that II help me solve the issue and get me to the source of the problem(hardware suspected).
i appreciate every1 who read my post and will/can help me, because im not going to leave it and iII deep for information. In addition and the most important i added the files that II help you help me .
if anything else is needed to inspect the problem i would be glad to post/upload any files.
thanx in advance to anyone who II volunteer to help,

    MARK

    Hi rutark100,

You are running an ASUS Product ID on a Gigabyte board.
    This makes your installation counterfeit.
Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
A counterfeit installation contains heavily modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.
For this reason, analyzing counterfeit systems is unreliable and most analysts won't try it.
    Code:
    OS Configuration: Standalone Workstation
    OS Build Type: Multiprocessor Free
    Registered Owner: Mark
    Registered Organization:
Product ID: 00426-OEM-8992662-00006 <-- ASUS PID on Gigabyte board.
    Original Install Date: 10/21/2015, 12:00:23
    System Boot Time: 11/01/2015, 20:59:10
System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
I recommend to install a genuine copy of Windows.
If, after you have installed a genuine copy of Windows, you still get BSOD's we'll be happy to assist you.
