    That is this driver,

Killer Networking - Standard Drivers (no Killer Features)

You still need to follow the posting instructions if you want help.

Don't bother with the suite, just download the driver only package, sometime those other utilities cause problems,

    Attachment 375103

You need to use this method to install them,

    Driver Install - Device Manager

As for will it fix your BSOD, we won't know until you try it.

All you have provided is a picture so give it a try and see how it goes.

No, that's not how it works.

That is old info and going off to look in other threads is not how it works if you want relevant help.

    Hi derekimo,

I really appreciate your help. I would love to show you the dump file, but unfortunately my system didn't create any dump file.

Let's use some logic here, what you are providing as info is basically this,

Albeit with a bit more info since I can see the bugcheck, which is this,

    BSOD Index

There are more than dumps in the file the tool provides and since you made me go look for it even after I pointed it out twice.

I can see you have another problem,

    Code:
    Product ID: 00426-OEM-8992662-00173
Original Install Date: 8/29/2015, 8:49:45 PM
System Boot Time: 8/31/2015, 3:49:16 PM
System Manufacturer: To Be Filled By O.E.M.
System Model: To Be Filled By O.E.M.
    System Type: x64-based PC
You have an ASUS OEM on a retail Asrock board, which makes your install counterfeit.

I can sympathize with being financially challenged but we don't provide support for counterfeit products.
