Frequent BSOD's and lockups, even when doing nothing.

I've had lockups and BSODs very frequently. I've run memtest86 twice, and it's made a clean pass both times, but the second time, after a clean pass, it locked up. This lead me to think it was a hardware issue not related to RAM, but I can dual boot to Ubuntu and that runs fine. I've done my best to uninstall bloatware and unnecessary programs, and I'm not sure what to do other than a fresh install, which would be annoying.

    Here are my dump files.

I am getting the blue screen of death daily. I am not really doing anything intense. Mainly just playing music and browser video games. After a restart the following message appears and offers for windows to check for a solution. But I never get a solution.

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: a
    BCP1: 0000000000000000
    BCP2: 0000000000000002
    BCP3: 0000000000000000
    BCP4: FFFFF80002E95C62
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 256_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\110215-51573-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Lapatop\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-9884457-0.sysdata.xml

I tried to run \Windows\Minidump but when doing so I got 22 documents that I was unable to open. When trying to open the files, windows asked me to choose a program from windows or from the internet. How do I fix this blue screen problem?
