Tried running Prime 95 with HWiNFO, CPU temp on web browsing 30C, 15 seconds after prime started 90C, so I stopped it.
That was the second test I did, on the first I jumped directly into BSOD, then on startup another BSOD:
    0x0000005O - Page Fault In Nonpaged Area - win32k.sys
    0x000000C5

I can't find it back any answer if it has already been answered.

Have you replaced the thermal paste recently?
Is the system recently been cleaned of dust?

I would suggest to stop Prime95 when high temps are approaching, because if you stop Prime95 until something crashes then you might as well replace the CPU and if necessary other components as they will be damaged due to the heat that occur by stressing the CPU.

Think I might as well replace stuff. Should I maybe ask in a hardware forum for this?
ASUS Z170-P, Socket-1151 or ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VIII RANGER Socket-1151
    Intel Core i5-6600K Skylake
    Kingston Value DDR4 2133MHz 16GB
And some kind of CPU cooling

You better ask in a hardware forum yes, hardware is not really something I can call a specialty of mine.
I'm not 100% sure if this is the right one, (from trying one can learn :)) but I would go to https://www.sevenforums.com/hardware-devices/

Hey Axe0, hope everything is well.

Still have some BSOD, I asked a support of a game called Dungeons 2, and he replied that it might have to do with that my computer does not get enough voltage when playing. Is this something that is checkable?
Also tried the hardware forum, but no response yet, I'll add a link to it where the newest BSOD file is.

From BSOD forum to Hardware forum.

Not easily as there are quite some voltages, I wouldn't know much about it though so I'll ask someone to come in.

Could you please mark this thread as unsolved and follow Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions again.
