    Lokehest, please go into BIOS and give me the readings for the +12V, +5V and +3.3V. Your system specs list an EVGA 1000W PSU. Unless the PSU is malfunctioning, there is no way possible it is under powered. Your system listd in your system specs would run just fine with a much smaller PSU.

    There are nothing wrong with the voltages. A lot of the Games tech support will always say it is a problem with your computer. They don't want to deal with other stuff. Just my experience. Are you having the same issues with other games?

    try this. Download the latest Nvidia driver from Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers, Then follow this tutorial exactly, except only install the Graphics driver and the Phys X driver, nothing else.
