Hello and welcome Nelle now I have had a quick look at the dump file and cannot make out anything in particular.

What I would like to know is why the Windows 7 operating system is listed as the 7600 build which should be 7601 SP1 (Service Pack 1) by now as the SP1 comes as an update if the media that was loaded on the machine was in fact the original 7600 build.
So just how did you come by this machien which is fairly old. You can tell a bit about it by opening your own dump files and look in the systeminfo section and if you look in msinfo32 you can open it out as in my pic it has several problem devices.

Install a genuine copy of Windows 7 to start with.

Thanks axe I am no good at picking those OEMs but was wondering re the build in the original files sent because the build was 7600 with no SP1 which is always odd to me.
Yep unfortunately it does need a new OEM.
