BSOD after switching KVM or during sleep state

    Hello!

My first homebuilt PC is often given to BSOD after I switch KVM and back, or when left for long idle periods. I disabled sleep, but turn off display after 20 minutes. Overnight, it frequently crashes and restarts itself. I suspect it may be a hardware issue as drivers appear to be up to date.

Crash report attached -- appreciate any insight you have.
