Windows 7: BSOD after switching KVM or during sleep state

BSOD after switching KVM or during sleep state

My first homebuilt PC is often given to BSOD after I switch KVM and back, or when left for long idle periods. I disabled sleep, but turn off display after 20 minutes. Overnight, it frequently crashes and restarts itself. I suspect it may be a hardware issue as drivers appear to be up to date.

Crash report attached -- appreciate any insight you have.

In addition, it often says it can't start the screen saver before it goes to sleep (probably not related, but who knows... thought I'd mention it). I keep forgetting to write down which error it displays, if it happens before it's resolved, I'll make sure to do so. Any help is greatly...
