    BSOD when watching video


    Hi,

    I received the following error while watching a video today. Will this problem persist only if I watch videos, or will it happen at random times? I have an exam coming up next week on this laptop (no videos involved) and I really can't have it happen again.

    Hi Orangelemonade,

    Welcome to the 7forums.

    Please remove items from the startup
    How to remove items from startup - Windows 7 Help Forums
    These programs could interfere with the boot process giving you trouble and increase the boot speed.

    Please remove the ASUS software, it is known for causing BSOD's.

    As this crash is a 0x116 it is related to the graphics.
    Please uninstall everything of AMD using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from your manufacturer. Make sure you ONLY install the drivers
