Multiple BSODs (0x1..7e, 0xf4, 0x1..9f, 0x7a), reappearing.
Hi there,
i had a very curious problem this afternoon/night. I came back from dinner and started working on my PC again. Shortly after that Windows Froze and threw me a Bluescreen (KERNEL DATA INPAGE ERROR). After that i restarted normally. Shortly after getting into Windows i got another Bluescreen (0xF4).
This was just the beginning. Sometimes i was able to get into Windows, but most of the time it froze on the Windows loading screen and then a blue screen. I was able to run a chkdsk /f /r on my system SSD, which also froze at the very end (after the completion of step 5) and threw another BSOD (Something with KERNEL POWER - not sure about that).
I was able to chkdsk /f all my drives which did not show me any problems. I also ran memtest86 for about an hour, but it passed with no errors.
After trying alot of stuff i just cut the power of my PC (after it being shutdown) and waited for 10-20 minutes.
I am now able to use my PC normally again without any freezes or BSODs so far. I created the .zip file as described in the "How-to thread". Sadly not all Bluescreens that occured are listed there (i guess because most of the time i wasn't even getting into Windows)
EDIT: Forgot to mention: Today my SSD was not even detected as a bootable device at first. After a reboot it was, but still got BSODd.
Here are my specs:
Intel Core i7 4790K 4x 4.00GHz
ASRock Fatal1ty Z97 Killer Intel Z97
4096MB Gigabyte GeForce GTX 960 Windforce 2X OC
500 Watt be quiet! Straight Power 10-CM
8GB (2x 4096MB) G.Skill RipJawsX DDR3-2133
System SSD: Samsung SSD 830
Second SSD: 250GB Crucial BX100
EDIT: Did Scan my System SSD with HDTune. One strange entry (the time does not match with any BSODs):
If you need anything else, just let me know.
Thank you!
