Upgrade my computer and i got restarts when i plug-in for recharge

Yesterday i upgrade my pc i got some 2gb ram more and i change from win8 to win 7 ultimate 64 bit, and when i go to plug in my pc for recharge after some minutes my pc got a restart i ahve this problem from yesterday night can someone help me;
