They're drivers that need to be updated or uninstalled from the system, depending on their importance.
You know as much as I do about them. Google is your friend here.
You're welcome.

It's amazing that people with different hardware have the same problem. I cannot play 2142, BF2 or COD MW2 without a BSOD at least once a day. It always ends up being a DX related crash. Most commonly DXGMMS1SYS on my system.
All of my drivers are up-to-date. I hit Gigabyte and EVGA/Nvidia hoping for a new driver that will solve this problem.
Out of reading countless posts on the internet, I am starting to think that it is not a driver issue at all, but something in the way Windows 7 handles DX9. There are too many people having the same problem with Windows 7 for it to all of a sudden be bad drivers or bad memory.
I can disconnect my Windows 7 drive and go back to my Vista 64 drive and amazingly every game that crashes under Windows 7, runs flawlessly under Vista. I ran the beta for Win7 since March and I do not recall one single BSOD during that time. Final release has been a nightmare ever since. I have done 3 fresh installs of Win7 and the last one I decided to start with a WD Velociraptor drive. Nothing I do fixes anything with my games crashing under Windows 7. I was hoping to find something here that would might work, but updating drivers and doing memory tests is not solving anything. My system is not overheating or getting anywhere near a temperature that would cause any problems. I have a Fluke thermal gun that I check every now and then so I am fairly certain it's not a temp issue.
hi people. My problem, i think, is similar to the problems of this other people are complaining. Many bsod have been appeared in my desktop since i installed Windows 7. At the beginning everything was all good but suddenly bsod started appearing out of nowhere... At first was wen i was playing an mmorpg Runes of Magic, then when i was playing Dragon Age and after that on Opera browsing and office... It's driving me crazy... I tested the memory of my system and it's OK, bought a new HD samsung sata2 500gb.
i hope you can help me with this trouble.
Spec: AMD Athlon 64XII 5600+, 3gb DDR2 667Mhz, Nvidia Geforce 7600GS 512mb, HD 500gb sata2, Motherboard Gigabyte M68M-S2P.
I also attached the minidump that Windows create.
Same bsod. I think its directly connected to dxgmms1.sys. I updated Windows and got this BSOD. I noteced that dxgmms1.sys changed and I never got this kind of BSOD before, so i uninstalled the kb that changed dxgmms1.sys.
