    Random BSOD involving netio.sys

I'm getting BSOD randomly - sometimes several times a day, sometimes not for a week.
It happens in any program and is unpredictable. The blue message contains a problem with netio.sys.
Despite trying system restore, I can't stop it and don't know what is causing the conflict.
Would be very grateful if anyone could help. Have found .dmp files but don't know what to do with them!

Have used DM log collector to attach relevant files

    thanks

Allot of important info is missing from your zip, please follow Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions to grab all and upload a new report here.

    Thanks for replying,
Not sure what happened to first zip file - it was made using dm log collector as per instructions.
Anyway, have re-done and seems to include more this time

Seems like IObit software is responsible for the BSOD's.

Uninstall and see if you still get BSOD.
