Several BSODs with the Error Code 1031 1e/3d

    Hello,

Lately I have been getting several BSODs with the Error Code 1031 1e/3d while playing games or simply watching Netflix/Youtube.

After each Bluescreen I updated as many drivers as I could (Graphics,Chipset,Audio etc.) inorder to fix it.

I also ran Microsoft Security Essentials and AntiMalwarebytes to see wether these BSODs are caused by Malware/Viruses. The results were clean. No Malware/Viruses.

I searched on Google and it seems to be a Graphics driver issue, but I am not sure. I am not very good at solving these Bluescreens and I dont know what to do anymore.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

If you keep repsonding to your own thread it removes it from the Unanswered section, it also gives people the impression that you're being assisted which reduces the chances of anybody looking in. Finally, we have a finite number of analysts who are very busy, and a steady flow of people with issues who are patiently waiting their turn. Next time I'd advise showing some patience.

Having said that there is only one dump on your logs which is inconclusive. Have you been using CCleaner?

I am very sorry for being a bit impatient I did not mean to be rude.

I have been using CCleaner and I will stop now so I wont delete further logs.

Thank you very much for your response though.

Please upload new logs when you encounter subsequent BSODs.

    Hello,

I had another BSoD today while playing some games and watching netflix. It has been 110 days since my last BSoD when i originally made the post. I haven't made any changes to my system.

I did not use CCleaner this time so the crash report from today 23.11.2015 should be intact.
