Windows 7: BSOD Error BCCode:3b

11 Dec 2015   #41

Windows 7 Professional 64 bit

I decided to bite the bullet and set up a new computer. I am reaching the end of the transition and at one point I swapped out my troubled computer for the new one. This involved unplugging most of the peripherals from the old computer and moving them to the new computer. The new computer is Windows 10 which I'm finding an improvement from Windows 7 particularly in boot up speed. In any case, after I set up the old computer with a minimum of peripherals attached the BSODs stopped. It's been running for almost a week now with no problem. I can only conclude that it was one of the attached peripherals that was causing the problem but with the lack of good tools to solve these problems I have no idea which one.

I'm glad to hear that :)

You could try to connect them one by one to see which is causing the problem, but I wouldn't want it with all the trouble you've been through.

Well my computer blue screened again. I've attached the dump reports. I don't know why it's still doing this; is it really still my wireless USB adapter? If it still is then I'll invest in a PCI wireless adapter instead. Sorry I forgot to copy and paste the error report when Windows started. ...
