    Code:
    Host Name: BOWDOWN
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional
    OS Version: 6.1.7600 N/A Build 7600
    OS Manufacturer: Microsoft Corporation
    OS Configuration: Standalone Workstation
    OS Build Type: Multiprocessor Free
    Registered Owner: King
The first step is to update Windows 7 fully, with the exception of Windows 10 if you don't want it. Updates go a long way to addressing these sorts of issues.

Its impossible to update Windows 7 fully in such a short space of time, and as you can see above it hasn't.

    Update Windows 7 completely.

I also started event log where I see that error when it restarted: Kernel-Power 41 (63) and the message is: Session "Microsoft Security Client OOBE" stopped due to the following error: 0xC000000D.
